City of Florence Online Water/Sewer BillPay

Effective on January 2, 2024, the City of Florence will begin passing on the credit/debit card fees and ACH fees which are being charged by the payment processors. Online payment through the portal, by automatic credit card draft, or by automated pay-by-phone (IVR) payments are 3% for credit/debit cards, with no minimum charge, and there is a $1.25 fee for e-check ACH payments.
